Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia

Saat ini dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan internet di indonesia, telah memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap perubahan bisnis. Yaitu mulai dari cara beriklan, cara jual beli, cara berinteraksi antar manusia, dan sebagainya. Contoh e-commerce di Indonesia yang sudah popular dan memiliki reputasi yang baik adalah seperti www.bhineka.com, www.blibli.com, www.gramedia.com, E-commerce adalah sebuah layanan internet yang dimanfaatkan untuk jual-beli. Dengan ecommerce telah banyak merubah dalam proses jual-beli. Jika dalam suatu jual-beli penjual dan pembeli bertemu, namun jika dengan e-commerce mereka tidak perlu bertemu, mereka
berinteraksi dengan melalui internet maupun dengan komunikasi melalui telepon. Dalam proses ini kepercayaanlah yang menjadi modal utama. Karena tanpa kepercayaan kedua belah pihak, maka proses jual-beli e-commerce bisa terjadi dan terlaksana. Namun dengan perkembangan yang semakin pesat, maka banyak toko online / e-commerce bermunculan. Baik mereka dengan memanfaatkan blog, social media, website. Dengan pesatnya ini membuat semakin mudahnya dalam jual beli.

Dalam perkembangannya saat ini dengan banyaknya bermunculan toko online. Sehingga banyak yang memanfaatkan untuk mengambil keuntungan pribadi dengan melakukan penipuan. Pada awal 2010-2011 banyak bermunculan toko online palsu baik melalui website maupun jejaring sosial. Mereka menjanjikan dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah dari harga normal. Dalam prakteknya biasanya mereka meminta transfer 50% di awal. Dan berjanji akan mengirimkan barangnya segera, akan tetapi esok harinya mereka meminta pelunasan dengan alasan ada masalah di bea cukai ataupun administrasi. Dan berjanji akan mengirimkannya secepatnya. Akan tetapi setelah pelunasan terjadi oleh pihak pembeli. Maka si penjual langsung menon aktifkan no ponsel yang dipakai untuk berhubungan dengan pembeli tadi. Dengan melihat banyaknya kasus di atas maka seharusnya pihak pemerintah melakukan regulasi atau aturan tentang toko online. Hal ini bisa dengan pendaftaran atau pendataan toko online dengan aturan khusus.
Adapun tips untuk agar terhindar dari penipuan atau toko online palsu adalah :
- memastikan dengan mencari info tentang kebenaran web tersebut.
- melakukan testimony di forum maupun mailist tentang toko online tersebut.
- memastikan toko tersebut memiliki reputasi yang baik,termasuk dalam purna jual / garansi.
- jika toko tersebut memiliki fasilitas dari sebuah atau beberapa bank dalam pembayaran, misal klikpay dari bank BCA, atau pembayaran dengan kartu kredit. Maka bisa dipastikan toko tersebut benar dan memiliki reputasi yang baik juga. Keuntungan dalam transaksi di toko online adalah :
- Pembeli dengan mudah mendapatkan barang tanpa pergi ke toko, dan melakukan penawaran terhadap suatu barang, karena bisa dengan langsung melakukan penawaran harga terhadap suatu barang sebelum terjadi harga yang sesuai dengan kedua belah pihak.
- Pembeli dapat menghemat waktu dalam mendapatkan barang.
- Penjual tidak perlu menyewa sebuah space toko atau gerai yang berlokasi strategis untuk
memajang produk dan agar lebih laku produk kita dan memiliki banyak pelanggan.
- Penjual bisa memajang buka took selama 7 x 24 jam, karena tidak terbatas waktu, dan
bisa mendapatkan pelanggan dari mana saja.
Kerugian dalam transaksi di took online adalah :
- Kesesuaian barang biasanya membuat pelanggan kecewa dengan produk yang telah dia
beli karena tidak sesuai dengan barang yang ada di dalam foto di website, hal ini karena
pembeli tidak bisa melihat kondisi barang secara langsung.
- Proses pengurusan garansi yang tidak jelas, dan kadang sulit.
- Kepercayaan menjadi modal utama dalam transaksi, akan tetapi saat ini terjadi krisis
kepercayaan di masyarakat Indonesia sendiri.
- Reputasi toko online yang buruk untuk wilayah Indonesia sendiri.

a.  Direct Speech / Quoted Speech à The sentence that re-write what someone’s say and the characteristic of this sentence that we always write with the quotation marks (“…”) on the beginning and end of sentence.For example : Tina said,”I like this strawberry ice cream.” Or “I want to choose this blue jeans”,said Rico.

b.   Indirect Speech/Reported Speech à The sentence that report the someone’s say to other people or to receive the message from someone to other people(from direct speech).The characteristic of this sentence that there is no quotation marks (“…”).For example :
Direct speech = Tina said,”I like this strawberry ice cream.”
Indirect Speech = Tina said thet she like that strawberry ice cream.

First, make your vocabulary range wider. So you can make a rich and colorful sentence. Second, don't forget to learn the grammar, the formula of english. Without it you cannot make a good sentence based on grammatical order. Third, speak ! make sure you can pronounce every english word correctly, so there is misunderstanding between you and people. And finally, don't forget to synchoranize every skill and abiliity you have to improve your english skill.
